SUMMARIES & SCORING

Mostly As: Time to make a change. Feeling stuck or don’t know where to start a family fitness plan? Reach out to your child’s school, look for a community center, or ask friends what their families enjoy doing. Incorporating some form of physical activity into your family’s lifestyle is a great way to bond, but it is essential to you and your children’s health, too.

Mostly Bs: Although you’re on a healthy fitness path, there may be some room for improvement. Look for additional activities your family can do together. Try going for an after dinner walk a few times each week, plan weekend hikes and bike rides, or consider joining the local YMCA and signing up for family fitness classes or team sports.

Mostly Cs: You’re setting a great example! Not only are you on the right track, you’re building a solid foundation for your children’s future health. We salute you for providing a wonderful fitness foundation for your family.
